Triple Jeopardy for Dominican Deportees

June 12, 2018

The article "Triple Jeopardy for Dominican Deportees" explores how Unlike U.S. citizens, deported immigrants often face multiple layers of punishment for committing a single crime. But Dominican nationals face another hurdle post-deportation: discrimination from the government and in their home communities. The article has been published by Professor Tanya Golash-Boza and graduate student Yajaira Ceciliano-Navarro in the Journal

NACLA Report on the Americas Volume 50, 2018 - Issue 2: Eye of the Storm: Capitalism, Colonialism, and Climate Change in the Caribbean.
