Bio:
Caleb E. Dawson is a University of California President's Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of California, Merced. A Black feminist sociologist, Dawson's research interrogates antiblackness, black life-making, and the political economy of educational opportunity in higher education. His collaboration with the HERE Lab focuses on financial need, predatory inclusion, for-profit colleges, and student loan debt.
