If you are graduating in the fall with a Ph.D.:

File the Graduate Student Graduation Application by mid-September.

Make sure you pay the graduation fee.

It is recommended that you file your dissertation with your committee by early December (should finish dissertation and defend).

File your Report on Final Examination form with Graduate Division by mid-December.

File your dissertation to the ProQuest Electronic Thesis/Dissertation (ETD) Administration by mid-December.

Check the Thesis and Dissertation Guidelines to ensure that your thesis is formatted correctly for ProQuest.
Spring

If you are graduating in the spring with a Ph.D.:

File the Graduate Student Graduation Application by mid-February.
