Bio:
Gabriela Flores is a first-generation Latinx college student. She earned her B.A. in both Sociology and Chicanx Studies with a minor in Educational Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2019. Shortly after, she earned her M.A. in Sociology at California State University (CSU), Northridge, in 2021. Flores is a CSU Sally Casanova Scholar. As a current Ph.D. student, her research interests are Latinx sociology, educational inequities, and social psychology.
